CONVERGENCE THESIS
Our INVESTMENT THESIS is based on the model of CONVERGENCE, in which we select high-quality opportunities in a scenario of little competition to converge under a format of CO-INVESTMENT with players from developed markets, aligning ourselves on a path of EXITled by funds with extensive TRAJECTORY in said markets thus improving chances of high returns for our INVESTORS.

MANUTARA II EARLY STAGE FOUNDERS FUND
Venture Capital Early Stage Fund, focused on the Pre-Series A and Series A Stage. It is a fund that invests up to 3 million dollars in technology companies with high potential for international scaling. Most LPs of this fund are successful entrepreneurs that advice and bring deals to the fund. Its main focus is software (IT) companies with sales over 200K USD.
